Washing your hair is one of the most important step for healthy hair. And a revitalizing shampoo is the best shampoo for hair fall. Also a pre shampooing routine is very important to maintain the health and moisture of your hair. Using hot water to wash your hair is a big no as it strip your hair of its natural oils resulting in dry and dull hair.

If you have oily scalp you need to wash your hair frequently to avoid the buildup of sebum that makes your hair look greasy.

Those who have normal hair can wash them whenever necessary. Since the hair does not get oily or dry easily, using a soap-free hair cleanser will maintain the pH balance of your hair.

If you have dry scalp do not wash your hair every day since it will make your scalp more dry.

Conditioner:

Conditioner play a very crucial role to maintain the health of your hair. A conditioner can help add moisture to your hair and also give it a lot of shine. After washing your hair, you need to apply conditioner to the length of your hair and then rinse it after a few minutes. To know more click here.

If you have normal or dry hair you cannot skip a conditioner. Since the natural oils may not be enough and a conditioner helps to add the necessary shine and hydration.
If you want to go all natural then you can also go for your kitchen ingredients. Honey, curd, egg, oatmeal are excellent hair conditioners.

Oil massage:

Massage your hair with oil and then leave it for at least one hour or overnight before washing it with a gentle shampoo this will promote blood circulation.
